*** Multi User Licence Agreement ***
The “Purchaser”, for the purposes of this multi user licence agreement, is a single corporation, partnership, proprietorship, or individual. The Purchaser may use Templates for CaseWare Working Papers on any number of computers at a single location (the “primary location”). Unless the Purchaser advises D J McNeill Consultants Inc. otherwise, the primary location is the business address of the Purchaser as recorded on the Template order form received by D J McNeill Consultants Inc.
Templates for CaseWare Working Papers is intended for the sole use of the Purchaser, and may not be sold, copied, or rented to a third party whether or not a fee is charged to that third party. Multiple companies at one location must purchase one licence for Templates for CaseWare Working Papers for each company. A single company with multiple locations must purchase one licence for Templates for CaseWare Working Papers for each location.
The Purchaser may use a single licence for Templates for CaseWare Working Papers at multiple locations in the following circumstances only:
- The Purchaser (if a proprietor), each partner of the Purchaser, and each employee of the Purchaser may use one copy of Templates for CaseWare Working Papers at the primary location, and a second copy on a notebook or other computer at any location other than another business office of the Purchaser.

The Purchaser has more than one business office, but there is no possibility of Templates for CaseWare Working Papers being used at two locations simultaneously.
You may keep an off-site backup of Templates for CaseWare Working Papers.
The Purchaser may modify the Templates to suit the Purchaser’s needs. All requirements of this licence agreement apply to such modified copies.
*** Limited Warranty ***
D J McNeill Consultants Inc. warrants that the templates are compatible with the current version of CaseWare Working Papers as at the release date of the templates, and further warrants that any media provided with the templates is free from defects. Unopened (in the original sealed package) software may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. Software that has been opened may only be returned for replacement of defective media. For the purposes of this warranty, software is considered opened when such software has been made available to the purchaser by electronic means, such as by download from a website or by e-mail.
You, as the Purchaser of Templates for CaseWare Working Papers, understand and agree that D J McNeill Consultants Inc. shall not be liable for any losses or damages of any type, howsoever occurring, arising out of the purchase of, use of, or any inability to use the software, regardless of whether D J McNeill Consultants Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any event, D J McNeill Consultants Inc. shall not under any circumstances be liable for any losses or damages in excess of the purchase price paid for the use of the software, excluding all applicable taxes and duties.
No representations are made by D J McNeill Consultants Inc. that the Templates for CaseWare Working Papers are an authoritative source for accounting or auditing standards, that their use will comply with requirements of any taxation or regulatory authority, or that they are suitable for use in all circumstances. The templates are designed as a tool to assist the professional accountant in applying his or her knowledge, experience and judgment; and may be modified by the purchaser if, in the purchaser’s professional judgment, such modification is required or desirable. Professional judgment is required when deciding whether and how to use the templates. The Purchaser agrees that he or she will not rely on the Templates for CaseWare Working Papers as a replacement for a professional level of knowledge of accounting, auditing, and tax issues.
D J McNeill Consultants Inc. accepts no liability for any consequences of the use of Templates for CaseWare Working Papers without applying appropriate professional judgment and knowledge. D J McNeill Consultants Inc. accepts no liability for any consequences of any modification of Templates for CaseWare Working Papers made by the Purchaser.
